| Arun Goyal, Vice President |
|
| Arun Goyal is the Business Unit Head of MPS eServices and Vice President of Macmillan Publishing Solutions. He is responsible for overall management of this business unit (MPS eServices) which include ensuring growth in revenue, controlling the expenses and adequate return for all its stakeholders. |
|
| Having spent over 20 years in the IT industry, he has a wealth of experience in various areas such as Quality Process Development, Project Management, Operations, and Business Development. Arun has experience in several vertical sectors and has implemented numerous successful projects of varying scale and complexity. At MPS eServices, he is providing the leadership role towards formulating and aggressively implementing growth strategies and streamlining the key functions within the organization. As part of his core responsibility, Arun also participates in building technological competencies to project MPS eServices as a preferred global software and eLearning solutions provider for publishing industries and corporates. |

| Prior to joining MPS eServices, Arun was associated in different capacities with reputed software companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Birlasoft, and Visualsoft Technologies. |
|
| Arun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from M.I.T.S., Gwalior and had pursued his Master's in Technology from IIT Delhi. He is trained Six Sigma Black Belt and was responsible for setting up ODC for GE at Birlasoft. |

| Ande has spent the last 20 years working in and around the publishing industry for some of the most prestigious publishing houses. With a career focused on IT systems within the publishing arena, Ande has a comprehensive awareness of business and technical drivers and the systems most suited to delivering requirements. |

| Through relationships with Hodder Headline, OUP, and CUP, Ande has direct experience of most aspects of the management of IT Projects and teams. |

| Ande operates best in complex client situations and has a track record of assimilating situations speedily. He has excellent people skills both within client organizations and with his project team members. |

| Venu is a seasoned techno-commercial professional with more than a decade of experience in the Learning Services space. He has in-depth knowledge in all areas of eLearning, Instructor Led Training (ILT), innovative learning (mobile, PDA, Gaming and Simulations), Learning Applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS). He has been involved in the evolution of the eLearning SBU at Sify. He understands all aspects of the Learning Services space – the entire gamut ranging from presales to delivery. He has great experience in conducting specific marketing campaigns and also is a member of all eLearning Forums. |

| He is B.Sc (Applied Geography), GNIIT, AMIE (Electronics & Telecom) with over 12 years’ rich experience in Business Development. A keen Six Sigma enthusiast is a Six Sigma Black Belt and also has attended various DFSS Programs. |
