MPS eServices provides IT infrastructure support and proactive monitoring services to enterprises. Proactive monitoring of the network, servers, databases, and applications is crucial to an enterprise IT infrastructure. The entire IT infrastructure along with network, firewall, servers, and databases all are closely interlinked and dependent for smooth functioning of business critical applications. Due to the practical difficulty of binding together this IT infrastructure, there needs to be a constantly coordinated functioning of IT services to ensure that the network infrastructure is able to offer business critical applications with minimal down time. With proactive monitoring, the maintenance can be planned in advance, preventing problems in real time.

MOM Introduction
